At Jane’s Healthy Bakery, every item is baked fresh with 100% natural ingredients and your wellness in mind. Because our products are freshly baked, perishable foods, the following policy keeps every order safe and held to the quality we stand behind.
Perishable goods — all sales final
For food-safety reasons, baked goods cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been delivered, picked up, or shipped. All sales are final, except in the cases below.
When we’ll make it right
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Just let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 48 hours and include:
- Your name and order date
- A short description of the issue
- A photo of the item

Once we confirm the issue, you choose a replacement on your next order or a full refund. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order changes and cancellations
Because we bake to order, please request any change or cancellation before your order is prepared or dispatched. Once baking or delivery is underway, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
Orders placed through other platforms
For orders placed on Uber Eats or other third-party services, please follow that platform’s refund process, as they handle the payment and delivery. We’re still happy to help — reach out and we’ll support you.
What isn’t eligible
- Items that have been opened or partially consumed (except a confirmed quality issue)
- Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery or pickup
- Change-of-mind returns on perishable items
Allergen note
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, seeds, and other ingredients. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer-protection law.
