Suggested Use: (3 cups per day)
HOW TO MAKE TEA: Put 3 tablespoons (15 g) of herbs in 32 ounces of purified water. Let soak overnight. In the morning, bring to a boil and let simmer for 1 minute. Strain and drink warm. If you are drinking more tea tomorrow, do not discard used herbs. Put used herbs back into the pot, add 2 tablespoons of fresh herbs and one liter of purified water. Let sit overnight and repeat the whole process. Used herbs last for up to 3 days.
